Dark Continent Knives is a South African owned and run knife company. We were founded by individuals that worked in anti-poaching, close protection, professional hunting and firearms training. Answering the call for blades tough enough to withstand hard work and sometimes abuse in the line of duty. We have blades suitable for utility, self defence, hunting and bushcraft.
Tough steel for optimal edge retention and durability. Kydex sheaths custom built for each individual blade to ensure blade retention and readiness whilst also providing the most options for rigging and orientation. The knapped stone texture of each handle is as unique as a fingerprint and ensures optimal grip in wet or slippery conditions.

TOUGH KNIVES
Our Knives are made to last generations. The 6mm thick, high carbon, spring steel blades are not only very hard but also very durable. The scales are made of solid G10 and are mounted with top quality carbon fibre pins. The sheaths are made of kydex that is custom molded to each individual knife so as to ensure good, positive retention so you don’t lose your knife in the field.
